ScanSoft, leading supplier of speech recognition technologies, bought Nuance Communications, leading supplier of speech recognition technologies, and decided to keep the Nuance brand.

So, ScanSoft Inc. is now Nuance Communications Inc, leading supplier of speech recognition technologies.

Of course, all this happened last year.
