Ah. so, you need the URL of the page you want it to trigger....Go to this page http://qrcode.kaywa.com/
and input your blog's home page address e.g. http://www.aussieinfrance.com/
That page will let you generate the picture. Then you just upload the picture to your blog somewhere.
I don't know how useful it really is, or if they really 'took off'. It's commonly used on billboards so that people with iPhones can use a code scanner thingy. Good luck!
